I can confidently call dancing my main hobby. They help me relax, relieve the tension that has appeared after a hard day, free my head and just keep my body in shape. For a long time I have been interested in dancing of various kinds, I like them all to one degree or another. Despite the fact that some types can be called outspoken, but in my opinion absolutely everything helps to develop your energy and self-confidence. In dance, many people can be themselves without caring about the opinions of others and everyday problems.
